Return and Exchange

You can return or exchange the purchased product within 30 days from the date you received your goods absolutely for free!

Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the product is in its original condition and has all original price tags. You can remove part of the tag with a price on it.
2. Fill in the Return or Exchange form at the bottom of the page.
3. Please send via https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/or bring goods to our office SIA JAHONTS, 20 Jasmuizas iela, Riga, Latvia, LV-1021. You can not return or exchange products in our physical shops or send product to the packaging machine.

Once we receive a product, it usually takes 14 days for a refund to occur at your bank account.
