Return or exchange product

You can return or exchange the purchased product within 30 days from the date you received your goods.

Please follow following steps:

1. Make sure the product is in its original condition and has all original price tags. You can remove part of the tag with price on it.

2. Fill in the Return or Exchange form at the bottom of the page.

3. Please send or bring goods to our office SIA JAHONTS, 20 Jasmuizas iela, Riga, Latvia, LV-1021. You can not return or exchange product in our physical shops or send product to the packaging machine.

Once we receive a product, it usually takes 14 days for a refund to occur at your bank account.
