Order placement

How can I place an order?

Please select an item and add it to your shopping cart. Then, select your payment method, shipping method, and follow the instructions.

Is it possible to see the online store products live?

At our online store, we only process online placed orders.

Do I have to sign up at the online store?

You can place your order without registration, but signing up can make your future shopping faster and more convenient.

I want to buy something but there's no size I need. What should I do?

Please send us the product code and the size you need and we'll get back to you in no time.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders with shipping can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), PayPal or bank transfer. Orders with pick-up at our office can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) or cash.

Can I place an order by phone or at your office?

We do not place orders by phone or at our office for security reasons. Please use our online store or visit one of our boutique stores.

How many products can I purchase in one order?

One order includes up to 5 products.


Can I pick up my order at one of Jahonts boutique stores?

No, but the order can be delivered to you by courier, to the nearest parcel locker, or you can pick up your order at our office.

How will I receive my order from Jahonts online store?

Your order can be delivered by courier to your specified address, to a parcel locker or you can pick it up at our office.

How will I know that my order is ready and I can pick it up at your office?

Orders placed in the working hours of our office (Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.00) will be prepared within 2-3 hours. As soon as the order is ready, we will notify you by email. Make sure you have received this message — you can pick up your order only after this confirmation. Orders placed outside of our business hours will be prepared next business day. We will notify you by email when the order is ready.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is free for orders over EUR 20.00 EUR. For orders up to EUR 20.00, delivery in Latvia costs EUR 3.50 and EUR 4.70 in Lithuania and Estonia.

Shipping cost for orders up to EUR 100.00 to the rest of the world is EUR 25.00. Orders over EUR 100.00 are shipped for free.

Who delivers the orders?

In Latvia, orders are delivered by Express Pasts couriers. In Lithuania, delivery is provided by Lietuvos Paštas, and in Estonia by Omniva. FedEx delivers orders to the rest of the world.

I am not sure I will be at the specified address at the time of delivery. Can I specify several addresses?

To avoid shipping mistakes only one address should be specified.

How do I know exactly when the courier will deliver my order?

The courier will contact you right before the delivery via the phone number you specified.

How fast will my order be delivered?

Shipping takes 1-3 business days in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and 2-5 business days for the rest of the world.

Which countries are you shipping orders to?

Orders from our online store are shipped worldwide. If the country you need is not listed, please contact us.


Return and exchange

Can I return or exchange a purchased product?

You can return or exchange the purchased product within 30 days from its receiving. To do so the product must have the original tag.

You can make a return at our office or fill out the return form and send the product by mail with a signed invoice. We will refund the full product cost within 14 days.

If you want to exchange the purchased product, please fill out the exchange form, specify the codes of the received and the desired products, and send us your product by mail.

Will I get the full refund for returning the product?

If you return the product we will refund you the product's full price however we do not reimburse the costs associated with the return.

Is there a warranty for your products?

All our products have a 2-year warranty. This warranty is valid only with a check or delivery note. The product must not have any mechanical damage or deformation, otherwise, the repair is carried out at the expense of the client.
