How do I place an order?

Add selected products to cart. Choose delivery and payment method and follow the instructions.

Can I view the product range at your office?

No, our online shop is open by reservation only.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You do not need to be registred to shop. However, setting up an account will help you to place your next order faster and in a more convenient way.

I am unable to find the required size. What do I do?

Please let us know the product code and the required size. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I pay for my order?

Orders picked up in our office can be paid in cash or by credit or debit card (We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)

Orders with delivery must be paid by credit or debit card (We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), PayPal or bank transfer.

Can I place an order over the phone or in your office?

No.

Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?

No.

Where can I receive my order?

Orders placed online can be either picked up in our office, or delivered to the specified address.

How do I know if my order is ready and I can pick it up in your office?

If your order is placed within our working hours, it will be ready for collection within 2-3 hours.
Orders placed outside the working hours will be processed on the next working day. The confirmation email will be sent out.

How much will delivery cost?

For orders below 20 EUR shipping within Latvia is 3,50 EUR, and 4.70 EUR to Lithuania and Estonia.

For orders over 20 EUR shipping to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is free.

Shipping fee to the rest of the European countries is 25EUR

For orders over 100 EUR shipping to the rest of the Europeacountrieses is free.

Who carries out the delivery?

All orders to be delivered within Latvia are shipped by Express Pasts.

Orders with delivery to Lithuania and Estonia will be shipped by Lietuvos Paštas or Eesti Post respectively.

Shipping to the Rest of the World is provided by FedEx.

I'm not sure about my address at the delivery date. Can I specify multiple addresses?

No, only one address must be specified.

Will I be contacted by the courier prior the delivery?

Yes, the courier will contact you at the specified phone number, just before the delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship within EU only.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Return or exchange can be done in our office, or by sending the product by post, along with the signed invoice and the Returns Application form. Please note, the product must be returned with the original tags attached.

Postage expenses are paid by the customer.

To make an exchange simply fill in the form, indicating the received product, and the product that you wish to receive.

Will I get a full refund?

You will be refunded a full product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 2 year guarantee for all our goods. The guarantee is only valid with a receipt or an invoice, provided there are no mechanical damages or alteration. Otherwise, repairs will be made at customer's expense.
