How to find out ring size.

Making purchases online, we are concerned about picking the right size. Choosing the ring for yourself, and especially as a present, without being able to try it first – may seem like a daunting task. Nevertheless, we will try to make this easier for you with some tips below.

First of all, sizes we use in our shop are identical to ring's inner diameter in millimetres. Thus, a ring with inner diameter of 17 mm corresponds to the ring size 17.

If you have any rings in your jewellery box, choosing the right size will be much easier. Simply measure its internal diameter with a ruler, or draw an inner circumference on a piece of paper. This method will be very effective for men who wish to surprise their other half. Just wait for the moment when you are alone and perform this simple manipulation.

Use a coin

You can find out ring's size by inserting a coin into it. The ring will perfectly frame the following Euro nominal values:

  • size 16 – 1 cent
  • size 19 – 2 cents
  • size 21 – 5 cents
  • size 20 – 10 cents
  • size 22 – 20 cents
  • size 23 – 1 Euro.

Measure your finger

However, what if you do not have any rings? How do you find out the required size? There are some simple ways to determine the size.

Measure your finger's circumference with a thick thread or 3-5 mm wide paper strip. Wrap your finger, making sure it is not too tight or too loose. Then, measure the resulting length and find your size in the table.

It is not recommenced to make measurement early in the morning or late in the evening, as well as after doing sports. Fingers can swell, which significantly affects the size.

Planning a surprise?

Of course, if you want to surprise your loved one – you must act cautiously. Sometimes it is not necessary to steal the ring from your girlfriend's jewellery box in order to find out the size. Attempts of measuring her finger without being noticed may fail. Find yourself an assistant. Try to find out her ring size by asking her parents and friends. Ask to keep it secret for the sake of a great cause, and your plan is guaranteed to work. Good luck!
